Are you organizing a bachelor party and looking for more classy and tasty entertainment than the beer bike. Is it your birthday, but the thought of stains in your new carpet almost gives you a panic attack. You’re still cutting all of your veggies with a potato peeler while your professional knives are collecting dust. Just a few good reasons to join us for a cooking class! Creating beautiful food with good friends sounds amazing. But the vision of your exploded kitchen afterwards makes your head spin. We get that, but no worries. Hosting you is a piece of cake for us!

Our Amsterdam Canals location has capacity for a maximum of 25 people. Add on one of our beverage packages to add to your workshop, the food you prepare will make you thirsty!

Paris Bistro
When you think of France, you think of Paris, baguettes, cheese and some of the best wines in the world. France is THE country of romance and the gastronomic cuisine. The French know how to make magic out of simple ingredients like butter, cheese and eggs. And know like no other how to create the perfect atmosphere during a fine dinner. Cozy and romantic. Red wine, candlelight and the taste of love. Bon appetit! -
Cocktail snack
Gougères with Comté (cheese profiterolles), tapenade of artichoke hearts, toasted almonds with piment d’esplette. -
Starter
Salad Lyonaise with a poached egg, honey tomatoes and home made mustard vinaigrette. -
Main course
Grilled bavette with béarnaise sauce, Pomme Anna with thinly sliced Roseval potatoes and haricots verts with roasted garlic in Pernod (the vegetarian alternative is crottin from the oven) -
Dessert
Tarte tatin, an upside down apple pie with raspberries and crème chantilly with cinnamon -

Chocolate truffels with orange, rosemary and fleur de sel

Italy stands for extensive Sunday lunches eaten outside at long tables with a colorful collection of people, slow food and lots of passion. “La Dolce Vita” runs through the Italian veins. Italian food is favored by many, and we understand why! -

Bagna cauda al latte, creamy garlic dip with roasted parsnip, red pepper and giant croutons. Salsa alla cipolla, a salsa of caramelized red union and beet. -

Tajarin al salsa ai funghi: two colored tagliatelle with a mushroom truffle sauce -
Secondi
Vitello dal forno con verdure e polenta: veal from the oven with baked polenta and seasonal vegetables (the vegetarian alternative is with peas and artichoke) -

Frutta di stagione ripieno ai fichi con zabaglione, seasonal fruit filled with figs served with eggnog -

Apetizer
Blini with Atlantic salmon, crème frache, caviar and dill -
Starter
Wolffish millefeuille, scallop saint-jacques 'en vanilla', grilled red bell pepper and with baby spinach toppings and a crown of samphire and saffron -
Main course
Venison steak in a jacket of fresh thyme and cress, boat from red chicory, red wine sauce in a ring of yellow bell pepper and a cannelloni of leek and pommes duchesse cuit au four -
Dessert
Ricotta cheesecake with a light touch of lemon, a Bastogne base, amarene cherries and a kiwi coulis, served with roasted hazelnuts
25 guests maximum. Infants don’t count toward the number of guests.
