About Chef Jasper Videler:
“Before I started this adventure, I made a culinary journey through the Netherlands. It all started in my mother’s kitchen. My first training company was Restaurant Zuid-Zeeland in Amsterdam, which sparked my enthusiasm. Then I worked for three years at Restaurant La Rive under the direction of Edwin Kats. I left Amsterdam for Kruiningen to work at Restaurant Manoir Inter Scaldes.
After Zeeland I traveled even more southward and worked at Restaurant Beluga in Maastricht, under chef Hans van Wolde. After two great years I became a chef at Restaurant Chocolat in Breda. In September 2011, my culinary journey resulted in Restaurant Jaspers: the place where all my knowledge and experience come together. We hope to welcome you in our restaurant soon!"
