Bitterzoet

Bitterzoet is a club but also a stage. Hospitality, dialogue, creativity, quality and cooperation between culture and business are the starting point of Bitterzoet. A transparent and accessible platform on which young and old exchange knowledge, experience and ideas. This process should ultimately contribute to creative, cultural and social renewal.

We see the appreciation of cultural differences as an important step in an artistic process. Today, the exchange between cultures is more necessary than ever. That is why Bitterzoet wants to offer a hospitable platform to artists from various cultures and disciplines.

We invite a wide audience through projects, exhibitions, performances, club nights and concerts to join us and look at the world with a new perspective.

The space

Bitterzoet is a relatively small live music venue located in the heart of Amsterdam across the street from Central Station. It is well known for it's intimate and underplayed concerts and hip and happening clubnights. Bitterzoet offers you a big dancefloor, great soundsystem and nice lighting for a night with a real rock 'n roll feel.

Bitterzoet charges €350 (ex VAT) per hour with minimal shift of 6 hours.

Extra charges might apply, such as security, soundtech, lighttech.
